Great leadership takes more than mastering a set of management skills; our leadership training and leadership development programmes focus on how leaders lead as well as their skills, and what steps they need to take to perform at their best. Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership helps leaders understand their unique strengths, build their leadership skills and competence and develop the self-awareness to leverage those strengths and skills to improve their performance.

An individual’s leadership approach is strongly influenced by their personal preferences. We help leaders understand more about these preferences and the impact they have on the people they lead. We focus on four core areas of leadership and through each of these areas we explore the leaders’ unique strengths and development areas to help them perform at their best.

We use the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership model as a framework to develop leadership capability. The model focuses on 4 major areas of leadership development: Results Leadership, Visionary Leadership, Relationship Leadership and Centred Leadership and through each of these areas we explore the leaders’ unique strengths and development areas to help them perform at their best.

Visionary Leadership: Focused on creating a compelling vision that the team is excited about and bought into, assessing needs and opportunities that exist and identifying ways to fulfil them.

Relationship Leadership: Focused on nurturing and developing the potential of people, building mutual respect and enabling collaboration.

Centred Leadership: Focused on being authentic, having a clear sense of purpose and being true to your values, being present in the moment and paying full attention to the task in hand.

We deliver Leadership Development face to face and Virtual Leadership Development Training.
